Terms and Conditions

Welcome to WovenVoyages. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and WovenVoyages Systems (“Company”, “we”, “us”).

By utilizing our booking engine for flights, accommodations, or tours, or by accessing our informational guides, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

WovenVoyages operates as a hybrid platform merging logistical booking capability with family-centric guidance.

• Primary Mission: Our core function is to provide the information, safety architectures, and “sanity systems” required for a happy family vacation.
• Booking Services: We provide a comprehensive marketplace for the purchase of travel services, including but not limited to:
  • Flights (Domestic & International)
  • Accommodations (Hotels, Resorts, Villas)
  • Ground Transport (Trains, Buses, Rental Cars)
  • Experiences (Tours, Activities, Cruises)
• The Facilitator Role: While we sell the ticket or reservation, we act as an intermediary between you and the Service Provider (e.g., the airline or hotel). The execution of the service is the responsibility of that Provider.

Our planning tools (Smartguide™, DocKeeper™) utilize a “Stateless” architecture to protect your privacy. This means:

• Transactional Data vs. Planning Data: We process data required for bookings (Names, IDs) strictly for the transaction. We do not hoard this data or use it to build “shadow profiles” for marketing.
• No Auto-Save: Data entered into our informational tools exists only in your browser’s temporary memory.
• User Responsibility: WovenVoyages cannot recover lost planning data resulting from a closed tab, as we never possessed the data in the first place.

When purchasing services (Flights, Hotels, Tours) through WovenVoyages:

• Supplier Rules: Each booking is subject to the specific Terms & Conditions of the Supplier (e.g., the Airline’s carriage contract).
• Payments: Transactions are secured by industry-standard encryption. Prices are dynamic and not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed.
• Changes & Cancellations: Modification or cancellation policies are dictated by the Supplier, not WovenVoyages. While we assist in the process, fees charged by the airline/hotel are the user’s responsibility.
• Refunds: Refunds are processed only when authorized by the Supplier. Service fees for our platform are non-refundable.

The content, structure, algorithms, and family-focused templates (VibeCheck™, The JourneyWise Playbook) are the exclusive property of WovenVoyages Systems.

Permitted Use: You are granted a limited license to use these materials for personal family planning only.

Prohibited Use: You may not resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from our guides or booking engine interface for commercial purposes.

Service Interruptions: Travel involves inherent risks. WovenVoyages is not liable for acts of God, force majeure, or operational failures by third-party suppliers (e.g., flight cancellations due to weather).

Information Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy in our guides, travel regulations (visas, health rules) change rapidly. We recommend verifying critical details with official authorities.

Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict of law principles.
